Beginning with the rehearsal dinner at Duck Soup Inn, and continuing with a wedding and reception at Roche Harbor Resort, this wedding was a beautiful and intimate celebration. We began their wedding day with a quiet breakfast at the Lime Kiln Cafe (something that we love to do when we have afternoon weddings), then wandered around the resort exploring and picking the perfect photo locations for their wedding portraits.
When we arrived at the bride’s room, she was already in her wedding dress-eager to start her day. Nerves filled the air until the very moment that she and her future husband set eyes on each other, and then melted into each other’s smiles. When they are together, they bring out the best in each other, and fill the room with joy and laughter. Aside from getting to spend time with this wonderful couple, one our favorite things about this wedding was photographing all of the kids they had invited. The day was full of little ones who decided it was their job to provide entertainment to the guests both before and during the ceremony, as well as during the cocktail hour and on the dance floor.
Another terrific couple captured perfectly!
