This slight turning of the leaves on the trees and all of this back to school talk has me dreaming of Amanda & Eric’s engagement session in New England last fall. Gerald flew out to Connecticut and spent an adventurous few hours with this sweet pair! The weather did not exactly cooperate on the day of their shoot…it was cold and pouring rain at times, but Amanda and Eric braved it anyway, determined to get some amazing photos to celebrate their love.

The first half of the shoot was at Amanda’s childhood home in New Canaan, and the photos have such a playful, romantic feel to them. In fact, I can totally see Amanda running around in the woods barefoot with her siblings! And, as if the photos there weren’t already amazing, all three of them decided to do another photoshoot at dawn the next morning on the point of Bell Island because who can pass up the opportunity to photograph sunrise at one of the most beautiful spots in the world?

Amanda & Eric, you are so full of joy and happiness when you are together, it is clear that you are perfect for each other. Thank you so much for trusting us with your memories and we wish you a lifetime of happiness!
