From the moment we first met Neal & Alaina, we knew that working with them as going to be a dream. They are smart, kind, loving, and really really cute together! Since we wanted to do their session on the ferry and Bainbridge Island, we planned it on an early weekday afternoon to avoid the ferry rush and we lucked out with a super empty ferry. Not only that, but the light reflecting off the water and the ferry boat was incredible – just check out some of these portraits!
After disembarking the ferry, we drove to one of our favorite places on the entire island, Bloedel Reserve, for some photos on their beautiful grounds and in their gardens. We are so thankful to the staff at the reserve for giving us this opportunity. Be sure to check them out on your next trip to the island, or better yet, plan a special trip out to see their Japanese Garden in its full glory this fall!
